Q. Why do you offer a NO FIX - NO FEE service when most companies charge for inspection and engineer time even when they can't repair the laptop?

A. We are confident that our IBM trained engineers will repair 95% of the laptops we receive at the quoted price. We give you an honest and realistic quote before you send us the laptop. We actively discourage uneconomical and impossible repairs being sent to us - this saves you time and carriage costs. No point in flogging a dead horse.

Q. What happens if my computer develops the same fault during the 90 day warranty period.

A. We have a very low returns rate, about 1 in 50 repairs. With all complex electronics there is a small chance that a fault may recur. We aim to give all warranty jobs top priority and fix the fault quickly. We also reimburse the postage for warranty returns. If the fault can't be repaired then a FULL REFUND will be given for the initial repair and the laptop returned to you. 

Q. Do you have a workshop in Park Royal?

A. We are based in Harrow (North London), but we do service laptops and supply spare parts for customers all over the UK including Park Royal.
