Q. Why do you offer a NO FIX - NO FEE service when most companies charge for
inspection and engineer time even
when they can't repair the laptop?
A. Our aim is to only profit from successful repairs. We are confident that
our IBM trained engineers will repair most of the laptops we receive at the
quoted price. We give you an honest and realistic quote before you send us
the laptop. We try to prevent uneconomical and impossible repairs
being sent to us - this saves you time and carriage costs. No point in flogging a dead horse.
Q. What happens if the cost of repair is higher than the phone quote?
A. There are a few cases where a laptop has suffered more damage than the
initial diagnosis would suggest. The engineer will call you with his
findings and provide you with a revised quote. You have the right to
decline the repair. If you collect your laptop from our premises there is
absolutely NO CHARGE.

mail. The average cost of sending a laptop to us using the post is £18
for next day delivery with insurance.
Our IBM trained engineers successfully repair 90% of all Packard Bell, Fujitsu and Advent with faulty display, faulty mouse pad, NTLDR is missing and CD/DVD not reading issues.
