If nothing appears on the Toshiba LCD screen you may have switched the output to an external screen or the Toshiba laptop may be in sleep mode. Hard Driver Test Error. Re-boot and check if BIOS setup is OK. Try another working hard drive and cable. Check the system driver for proper installation. Refer to port 378H error code description section to find out which part is causing the problem. Make sure that CPU module, DIMM memory are installed. Check system clock and reset circuit.
