Q. Why do you offer a NO FIX - NO FEE service when most companies charge for
inspection and engineer time even
when they can't repair the laptop or the parts are too expensive?
A. Our aim is to only profit from successful repairs. We are confident that
our expert engineers will repair most of the computers we receive at the
quoted price. We give you an honest and realistic quote before you send us
the laptop. We actively discourage uneconomical and impossible repairs
being sent to us - this saves you time and carriage costs. No point in flogging a dead horse.
Q. What happens if the cost of repair is higher than the phone quote?
A. There are some cases where a laptop has suffered more damage than the
initial telephone diagnosis would suggest. The engineer will call you with his
findings and provide you with a revised quote. You have the right to
reject the repair. Don't forget that our engineers always quote the lowest realistic prices. If you collect your laptop from our premises there is
absolutely NO CHARGE.
Q. What is the P&P for returning the laptop?
A. We charge £18 delivery/insurance for laptops being returned to a
UK mainland address. You can also arrange for collections from our premises
and only pay your own courier service.
