faults can be repaired, the rest are caused by damage to the

Power Jack Pin or Socket The laptop will not charge the battery. When
the battery power runs out the computer stops working. We repair or
replace power sockets where the power pin has broken or has become
disconnected from the motherboard. In some cases the power connector
makes a poor connection with the Eeepc 901 jack. This causes arcing
which can generate enough heat to melt the Eeepc 901 dc jack and the
power pin may become lose. It is best to get the Asus power socket repair before the battery is totally depleted as this can cause permanent
