The system starts up with dots or lines on the bios or intro screen. At this level there is no other software loaded, so software problems are ruled out. Graphics are distorted, blocked or pixilated. The laptop switches on but the screen remains dark. In some cases a faint image is visible on the Extensa 4010 4620 screen. The HP keyboard is the main Packard Bell interface between you and your Extensa 4010 4620 laptop.
