Power Jack Pin or Socket
The laptop will not charge the battery. When
the battery power runs out the computer stops working. We repair power sockets where the power pin has broken or has become
disconnected from the motherboard. In some cases the power connector
makes a poor connection with the Aspire As3682 jack. This causes arcing
which can generate enough heat to melt the Aspire As3682 dc jack and the
power pin may become lose. It is best to get the Acer power socket repair before the battery is totally depleted as this can cause permanent
damage to the battery.

LCD Backlight & inverters The laptop switches on but the screen
remains dark. In some cases a faint image is visible on the Aspire As3682
screen. This problem can be caused by a faulty Aspire As3682 fluorescent light,
inverter, video cable or a problem on the motherboard. Specialist
tools are required to determine the exact cause of the fault.
Backlights use very high voltages and it is easy to cause damage to
the system if they are not correctly handled and installed. Our
engineers can replace the backlight lamps in most TFT/LCD screens
including the new xbrite panels. We also have access to most backlight
inverters and cables.Our engineers are trained using broken
LCD panels before they can work on a customer's LCD/TFT unit.

or Used ACER Aspire As3682
Buying a used laptop is a risk. You may find that the battery
does not accept a full charge or the laptop is unstable. Most
secondhand sellers consider any laptop that boots into Windows as a
working machine, even if it keeps crashing every five minutes. We
strongly advise customers against buying used laptops with a
DOA warranty as some faults are not immediately apparent.
